ORDER PROCESSING

We currently have a huge demand and we're shipping our orders as quickly as possible. Our current order processing time is 3-8 days (excluding weekends). We ship directly from various warehouses, including Europe, USA and China.

Europe —15-20 days ( working days )
United States — 18-22 days
Middle East — 22-26 days
Rest of the world — 20-22 days

Above you can see our average shipping speed. Please note that some shipments may arrive within 7 days, some may take longer due to various factors. If your shipment is in transit for 60+ days, kindly contact our customer support team. The parcel is considered lost if it is in transit for more than 2 months. We'll re-ship it for free or will issue a full refund.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Please apply to express shipping option by contacting our customer support team before placing order. If you apply to express shipping after placing order, it may be too late — your order may be already sent by standard shipping.

Shipping speed: 5-7 days.

Please note some destinations require expedited shipping only. Here are some of them: Bosnia & Herzegovina, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Guernsey, Iceland, Isle of Man, Jersey, Monaco, Morocco, South Africa.
